And now you’re grabbing doughnuts instead of a walk, eating one forkful of vegetables and convincing yourself that’s enough, jamming more things into your closet, and have stopped stepping on the scale because it doesn’t tell you anything rewarding anyway.

Exonerate Your Life

Your historical programming, your conditioning, your subconscious mind, all are like metaphorical prisons. They lock you into patterns of living the same way day after day. Sure days may vary. Fear of Flying – Combating the Terror and Making for the Sun

Flying is one of the most stressful and anxiety-inducing ordeals that we put ourselves through. It is a little ridiculous when you think about it, to lock yourself in an airtight metal tube and travel 35,000 feet above the ground powered only be a couple of engines that are liable to go wrong at any moment. However, with it being the safest form of travel and the only way to get to other countries as fast as possible, being unable to fly is a huge disadvantage – almost a disability. But there are ways of treating it successfully. I have, and am now able to travel long haul where only a few years ago I couldn’t go into an airport without collapsing with fear. In fact, I look forward to my flight, the movie and the terrible food, and so can you if you are aware of a few basic facts and can make an informed choice about how to tackle the problem.

Why Detox Will Not Help a Fatty Liver

Taking a regular daily or weekly break from alcohol or bad foods is preferable to a short, sharp detox. Setting New Year resolutions of giving up alcohol or going on a detox for one month is pointless, especially after the excesses of the festive season. Instead, drinkers or over-eaters should make a decision to stay off alcohol for a few days every week throughout the whole year.
