Think It Through Before You Start – Or Commit Others

You’ve surely heard the phrase “commence with the end in intellect.” It is classic, timeless advice. I first heard it from Dr. Steven Covey, and I’ve repeated it countless numbers of times in hopes that human beings will know that they must have a clear, communicable picture of the end product before beginning any endeavor. “Winging it” doesn’t always employment.
